Chris has been a trial lawyer for nearly 15 years. Over that time he has tried nearly every type of case. While most lawyers “litigate” cases (resolve cases through pleadings and letters), few routinely try them. Chris takes a limited number of cases each year with the mindset that they will all be tried and works them up meticulously for trial.

Chris’s main focuses of practice are Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Abuse, Trucking, and Whistleblower cases. Chris’s clients turn to him when everything is on the line and when they are facing catastrophic struggles and daunting odds.  A large part of his success comes from the connection he makes with his clients as he investigates their cases and prepares them for trial.  As such, Chris and his clients have obtained phenomenal results in their David versus Goliath cases against multinational corporations, behemoth insurance companies, and others who have caused serious harm to every day families.  

He maintains offices in Oregon and Minnesota and handles cases in many other states as well.  Chris makes his home in Oregon with his family.
